Where Investors & Entrepreneurs intersect.

Our Goal

To partner with other like-minded investors and operators to facilitate growth and expansion of great companies over an extended period of time. There are two primary ways that we accomplish this endeavor:

We serve as the lead equity investor joining successful businesses and management teams. Our team of talented individuals comes alongside the management team and ownership to create thoughtful avenues for capital deployment, targeted growth opportunities, and personnel advancement that are uniquely sized and designed for each specific company. DCM does not try and fit an existing business into some predetermined model but seeks to design a bespoke structure that places the business in the greatest position for sustainable success.

Personnel Advancement

DCM also seeks to invest with other like-minded investors, which have historically been with other family offices. We are strategically located within a family office and value partners who invest their own capital alongside ours. Our view is that almost any lasting negative impact in a deal can be overcome with excellent people, appropriately capitalized investments, and patience to do the hard work necessary to right the ship.

Who We Are

Denton Capital Management was built upon the time-tested premise that people are responsible for success or failure and the hard work needed to compete in a dynamic business climate. We, along with numerous entrepreneurs and family businesses, have witnessed firms in the private equity and direct investment universe lead with financial engineering and complex structuring to seemingly derive performance only to be derailed when headwinds arise.
